Do I have to replace the whole window, or can I just replace the glass?

In most cases, you can just replace the glass or glass unit in the window frame. Pella windows are usually not serviceable. But, we can order Pella replacement sash with glass. 

How long does it usually take to get the glass I ordered?

Insulated glass units usually take 7 - 10 days to come in. 

What is the average wait time from order to installation?

Typically 2 - 3 weeks for install from date of order.

What does it cost for you to come out and give us an estimate?

As long as you are in the Indianapolis surrounding area, Its absolutely FREE!!!
